So we have reached week three of the workouts and you are wondering "Is this going to get harder?" Or "When am I going to start feeling this?" Well the answer is: in good time. This week we will be increasing the strength portion (don't forget to bring your exercise ball, I have one to lend you but you DON'T WANT it.) We will be adding a few more coordination skills tonight as well. If it is windy, someone may get to try out the parachute.
