This Saturday's trail run will be at the Rouge Valley off Kingston Rd. Meeting time is 8 am sharp. Bring a friend for a fun romp in the very forgiving trail system. The run is usually just over an hour (including water breaks).
Watch out for Poison Ivy, it should be getting bad about now. "Leaves of three, let them be."
