Tuesday night Workouts

When: Tuesday nights 7pm
Where: Pineridge SS Track (N end of Liverpool Rd.)
How Long: For 10-12 weeks starting June 19th
Open House: come try us out on June 12th at 7pm

It is that time again. Time to start up the Tuesday night workouts at the Pineridge Track. If you want to become a stronger and more efficient runner, they you will benefit from these group workouts. With a mix of running, plyometrics, Cardio, stretching, Core and balance exercises, you will see and feel a difference within 3 weeks.

Each workout session will be about 1.5 hours long with an emphasis on Stretching, warmup, workout and cooldown. Workouts are done in a supervised group setting where participants are able to work at their own pace.

Recommended equipment:
4lb ball
exercise/yoga mat or towel if you prefer
water
Good attitude and sense of humour
bug spray

Cost: $80
