I just wanted to do a quick post to say that last night's workout was the best so far! You guys are doing great and I am really proud of how far everyone has progressed already.
I usually take complaining to mean that the workout regimen is too hard, so with last night's lack of complaints, I guess I will have to step it up for next week. Just kidding, we will go as fast as we need to and it will be up to you as participants to gauge how far you want to be pushed.
In the meantime, I must urge you to try to keep up the skipping rope during the week. Pull out the skipping rope and do a couple of sets. Try teaching yourself a different way to skip and you will be developing a new set of coordination skills. Try to work up so that you are putting skipping rope into your everyday schedule (Let's say by the end of the summer?)
