Last night's Workout

Thank you and congratulations to all Boot campers who came out last night for the workout. I put together one of the toughest strength workouts that I could think of for you all to do and you all persevered and did it. It was pretty easy to get a sweat on last night with the very humid weather, but I think that the conditions turned out to be really nice for the workout.

I was very pleased to hear a moderate level of complaining and bitching about how hard the workout was (thanks S S-G), so I am glad that you all had some fun while doing it.

Keep up the skipping in the following week. My challenge to you this week is to take the stairs in twos and threes the next time you gotta go up a couple of floors. Impress you coworkers at how well your proprioception has come along. Definition
