Week 1 of Group Workouts

This Tuesday night is the first week of Tuesday night workouts at the Pineridge SS Track. It will be the weekly workout with all the great bell and whistles that you have come to expect. You will become stronger and more efficient runners.

Remember that you will need to bring the following with you:
  • Towel or Yoga mat to sit on and do your exercises. There is lots of grass to sit on too if you are comfortable with that.
  • 4lb medicine ball (you can buy this at Walmart for around $5 or Fitness source for around $10)
  • A skipping rope (again Walmart sells a great black one for $5)
  • An open mind to be willing to try new things
  • Water to drink and possibly bug spray
