This Saturday is a run at 8am in the Rouge valley for those of you not taking part in the City Chase. The meeting place is the usual Glen Rouge Parking lot just off Kingston Rd. (at the bottom of the hill from the McD's....mmmm egg Mcmuffin).
The route is rugged and challenging, Suzy is in Charge this week so be sure to blame her for all the hills that she makes you run.
For those of you doing the City Chase, Team RiffRaff is going to come out on top!
