This Thursday night will be the last workout of the season at the Oshawa Civic Dome. Now that it is getting to be beautiful outside and the day's are getting longer, it means that we will be moving our workouts to the outdoors. (stay tuned for another post regarding Summer Boot Camp)
But be sure to come out for one last hurray at the dome. Meeting at the usual 7pm for the hour plus workout, you will not be dissapointed. If you have never come out before, come out and see what all the fuss is about. The only guarantee is that you will sweat if you follow the schedule for the night.
After Saturday's 5 Peaks race (and the award's "Stupid Human tricks show" afterwards), I am definitely redeemed in putting you all thru months of side planks and pushup drills. They came in handy didn't they? mehahahehehe (evil laugh)
