Anyone interested in doing their 16km time trial for the Mississauga marathon tomorrow, I will be meeting at 7:30am at the bottom of Montgomery Park Rd (bottom of Brock, make a left)If you don’t know what I am talking about, give me a shout.

There will also be a group meeting at 8 am at the Rouge Valley for the weekly trail run to Pearce house and back (with detours thru "Hell's Kitchen" or other hilly spots).
