This Saturday we will be running in the beautiful Rouge Valley at 7:30 am. Please join us as we enjoy the winding wooded trails, the tranquil river crossings and the spectacular views of the gorgeous Glen Rouge Watershed. Be sure to tread lightly as you may be treated to seeing a prancing Deer or a curious Coyote.
Don't forget to bring water to drink as there aren't any water stops along the way.
