Boot Camp this Week.

After a week off last week, I am sacrificing a couple of chickens to the rain gods in order to have some decent weather for this week's workout. I will have an adapted schedule for those of you in taper for the marathon on Sunday. No Legs, I promise.

If you haven't made it out yet, it's not too late. Come out and give it a try. I guarantee that I will make you sweat.

The details are: Pineridge SS Track at the top of Liverpool Rd in Pickering.
6:30pm for the workout, 6pm if you want to include the trail run as a warm up.
Bring a skipping rope, Weighted 3 or 4lb ball, and a mat or yoga pad to do your exercises on.
