This Saturday we are again going to hit the beautiful scenic trails of the Rouge Valley. Meeting at 8am in the Glen Rouge Parking lot off of Kingston Rd. (just west of Altona). Come join in the fun as we run for an hour or so through the somewhat flat trail system.
Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend.
