This Saturday: Seaton Trail from Pineridge SS

This Saturdays trail run is bound to shake it up a little. We will be doing something a bit different. The run will commence at Pine Ridge High School track ( Liverpool Rd. North of Finch) at 8 am, and journey North on the Seaton Trail to Green River. The return trip will cover approximately 26K. Its going to be challenging and fun for all who attend. I'm sure for those of you who choose not to join us at Seaton the usual run from the Rouge will be at 8 am as well.
