Tomorrow's Run or Walk

This week we are meeting for a run or walk in the Rouge Valley. Bring a friend, bring a dog, or bring a friend's dog. Whatever you decide it's gonna be really really really muddy so bring a change of clothes and shoes. Coffee to follow at the Second Cup so come out and have a cuppa if you don't feel like getting up for 8am.
