What is in store for the coming weeks? We will be easing off a little on the core work (not as many reps in a row) and we will be increasing both the intensity and the rest time in between. We will also be doing more partner work and more drills to build quickness. That means more agility ladder and more pylon drills. Don't worry, it doesn't mean that you will sweat any less.
