Track Tonight

For anyone interested in trying out a track workout with a group is welcome to join me at the Oshawa Civic Dome tonight at 7pm. The workout is a combination of strength, stability and cardio exercises with the runner in mind. Don't forget to bring a towel to mop up your sweat and a skipping rope to make you sweat. There is an entrance fee to use the dome.
