This Saturday morning we will once again be meeting at the Glen Rouge Campground parking lot off Kingston Rd east of the McDonald's. We will be heading out for an hour + run thru the trails of the Rouge Valley. I was even thinking that since we are so adventurous lately, we might head over to the other side of the single bridge to check out the "Coogan's Bluff" trail. The weatherman is calling for 10C and rain, so I guess we'll have to make the best of it. Trail running Tip: Don't wear white socks or your mom will kill you!Everyone is welcome, no one gets left behind (unless there are wolves or dingos).
