Come one, come all to the track this Thursday night for a track workout that you will never forget! This is the last free for all night before we start the conditioning program, so don't miss out.
We will be meeting at 7:00pm at the Oshawa Civic dome for a strength and conditioning clinic with all sorts of great drills and exercises (we might even do a few laps in between). I will even be taking requests for your favourite drills if you have been there before. Come out and meet someone or bring a new friend and win a prize!
The workouts are usually from 7 until 8:30 and the only guarantee that I can give you is that if you do the exercises, You will sweat.
Don't forget to bring a towel to mop up your perspiration and a skipping rope to make you glow.
