This Thursday night


If you have been debating about coming out on Thursday nights to the track in Oshawa, this would be the week to come out and try it! I have been reading up on some new exercises and drills (thanks Edgar for the book!), so I can't wait to inflict them, I mean... try them out on the group. There will still be all the favourites like Crunches, Laps and Bird-dogs, so come on out for a great social workout! I can guarantee that you will sweat! Don't forget your skipping rope.

We meet at the south west corner of the Oshawa Civic Dome at 7pm. We do a hour and a half workout which includes warmup and cooldown. Remember that there is an entrance fee to use the dome.
