For anyone interested in joining us for a long run on Sunday we will be heading out for a 30km+ run. We are meeting at the Second Cup (Valley Farm) at 7 am and we will be heading up Church to 5th concession, through Whitevale to 11th concession and back down through Pickering that way.
Let us know if you are coming for any or all of the run so that we can put water out for you. If you can't run it, feel free to join us on your bike (I always like support crew, it makes me feel like an ultra runner! lol)
The marathons are coming up fast, don't forget to register for your fall race goal!
