Tuesday night: 7pm at the Pineridge SS track at the north end of Liverpool. This is week 3 of the training regimen. It will be the same schedule and routine as the first two weeks. We will start with the mandatory warm up, go for our little trail trot, and return to the track for laps and drills to make your heart pound and your body sweat like Tropical Storm Dave. We will be increasing the workload to four exercises per lap set and possibly adding a fifth set for the keeners. Don't forget to practice your skipping and those pushups.

Saturday Trail run: (Time TBA) We will be heading out to Durham Forest again this weekend for our trail run. I have the complete race course for the following weeks race so we will be doing that as a practice run. So for those of you who were there last Sat, we ended up doing about a 7 km run. So this week we will be doing about 11 km. If anyone is coming on Sat and wants to do the Sport course, I am sure that there will be others interested in practicing that distance as well (4.7 km). I can provide maps and general directions. Most of the Sport course is the same as the beginning of the Enduro, so it shouldn't be a problem. Email me if you have any questions and don't forget to invite your friends for a great run. It really is worth the drive to Uxbridge.
