Hey everyone I was checking results from this weekends races and I found one of our founding members out there kickin butt at the 8 km Spring Run-Off. Edgar finished with a time of 38:48, with an average kilometer pace of 4:57 and finished 5th in his respective age category. Yes you did read this right !!!! Way to go Edgar....no wonder I feel so tired after training all week with this man.

I went to the results website on Monday to see Olof's time and out pop Edgar's name. Wow!
