Is it just me or does recovery time off running suck on a day like this?
It is 14 C outside and I can't run because I am resting my legs from the race on Sunday.
Congrats on all the great times this weekend! There must have been something funny in the Gatorade that they were serving, cause the finishing times were pretty decent for all of the RiffRaff! It's either that or this trail running is starting to pay off!
I hope this Saturday is as nice. I hope it doesn't rain.
