Now I'm going to say this once and once only THERE WILL BE NO MAN-pri's IN THIS MAN'S ARMY.
MacAuthur once said " You are remembered for the rules you break ", so if you choose to be remembered for breaking this rule keep in mind you will also be memorialized for drowning during a river crossing......enough said.

Update
Sunday morning we will be leaving the Second Cup on Valleyfarm Rd. at 7am for a 26 km steady easy paced run along the Ajax Lakefront. As usual all are welcome.

It turned out that the only ones who showed up in Man-pris were Greg and Girlie. They looked fine on Girlie...
I gotta get a picture of the General upto his neck in the river. Maybe next time.
