A little change for this week, Saturday we will be meeting at the Greenwood Conservation Area to participate in the Valentine's Day "Red Dress" Run, all the information is posted below by our freaky fast Coach Ken.Sunday we will be meeting at the Second Cup on Valley Farm Rd. at 7 am for a 23km steady easy paced run, the route is commonly known as the Tour de Kim. Anyone not wanting to go that early can still join the Hit the Road Running Group at 8 am here. As General I have taken the liberty of exempting our fine outstanding nutritionist Greg D'Cruz from any nomination process as he has proven to be well worthy of full RiffRaff status after Saturday's full body river crossing in the icy deep fast moving waters of the Rouge River.....way to go Greg!!!!
