Saturday is fast approaching and I thought I'd just inform you that we will again be attacking the hills of the Rouge Valley at 8:00 am
For any of you that want to go a little further or start a little earlier Sunday morning a small group of us will be leaving the Second Cup on Valleyfarm Rd. at 7:00 am for a 26km steady easy paced run. Anyone and everyone is welcome on both days, if you feel our pace is a little faster than your liking and preventing you from joining us don't despair I have been graciously approached by someone who has offered to lead a group of people who wish to go a little shorter distance and slower paced on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Please contact somebody here through email or comments to this post and I will arrange something for you.
See you Saturday and remember Douglas MacArthur once said " RiffRaff never quit" or was that Americans...doesn't matter one of us said it.
