Las Vegas North Memorial Run

Well to kick off the longest run of the New Year we have decided to pay homage to the brave hearty soles who now call themselves Riff Raff that endured the 21 km of -36 degree weather who will always be known as the crazy idiot runners that ran the Las Vegas North Marathon last year.
On Sunday January 22 we will be departing from the Memorial Start finish line at the North West corner of Dixie Ave and Finch Ave at 8:00 am and retrace the historical marathon route our fine instructors mapped out and certified as a non Boston Qualifier

This run will be open to all marathon alumnist and any other non Vegas North participants but this does not guarantee the non-alumni a place in the Riff Raff community but it will be taken under advisement at future nomination selection meetings.
A word of warning for the newbie's please do not fraternise pre run with last years elite as they will be in a memoric state of preparation before paying tribute to that historic frigid day so keep all your socialization for after the run at the post run breakfast to be announced at a later date.
