In case you didn't know, this week's run is in the rouge valley at 8am. I hope that I won't be the only one there. Come out and keep me company. Glen Rouge Campground parking lot off Kingston Rd. just west of Altona or just east of the McDonald's (mmmmmm).Rain or shine, there is always coffee at the second cup at about 9:30. Even runners who prefer to run on the road are welcome!
