Wet Tuesday night report

Congratulations to everyone that came and worked out in the rain and drizzle last night. It really says something to come out and persevere through awful conditions like that. You might not have noticed but the workout last night was the most intense yet and really targeted some key muscle groups. You may not be feeling sore this morning because you were distracted by the rain and soppy conditions. Just think of the experience as a good thing and something to remember about Boot Camp '07.

Next week we will be adding some more leg strength and quickness drills. So rest up and don't forget to eat a good breakfast and lunch next Tuesday.

We introduced the side push up this week. Please try to practice this everyday this week. To make it a little more efficient, rest your feet on a small step stool or a sturdy sofa cushion. This will give your legs a little height as well as give your obliques a full extension.
