This Tuesday night is going to be a great night for Boot Camp. I am going to step it up this week after going easy on you last week. The strength building portion of the workouts are almost done and now we can move into more movement and balance based training (yes, more high stepping and line-dancing). I also want to increase a little of the stress portion so that you are a little sore in the day or two after the session.
Don't forget to bring your weighted ball and a towel to mop up some of your sweat.
