This Saturday we will be running trails from the Glen Rouge parking lot off Kingston Rd here in Pickering (some say that the rouge valley is in Toronto, but don't believe them). We will be meeting for a group run up to Pearce House and back starting at 8am sharp. There will hills (both up and down), roots, stumps, deer, raccoons, dirt, muck and river crossings--all to your heart's content. If you haven't come before, we run for over an hour but we don't take it too seriously. (Right Olof?) Join us and you won't be dissapointed. Bring a friend, a dog, or a friend's dog.
