We will be meeting at 7pm at the Oshawa Civic Dome for a bootcamp style workout that is guaranteed to make you sweat or at least complain a little. These workouts include such favourites as Pushups, Bird dogs and the infamous "Backwards Lunge". All are welcome, just bring a towel to mop up after yourself! Yuck.
A skipping rope is a plus as well.
Refreshments to follow as usual, I assume.
Sally can be in charge this time.
