This Saturday morning we will be meeting at the Glen Rouge Parking lot at 8am for a run in the Rouge Valley. This week you can look forward to a return to the traditional route up to Pearce house with the option of running (haha) the Gauntlet add-on of this wonderful route. Is anyone brave enough to go up the mountain again? I hear that it is quite the challenge and that people are almost making it all the way to the top without stopping. So what's stopping you from doing it? (I like to use the excuse that I am Tapering, that always works! :) )All are welcome to come and try out running with such a great group of friendly runners. Bring a friend, a dog or just your willingness to try something new. It's F-U-N.
