Join us for a group workout tonight at the Oshawa Civic Dome at 7 pm. Tonight we will be concentrating on Core work and Laps. With the holidays coming up and the bad weather coming in there will be less and less people using the dome, so come out and enjoy running in shorts.
Don't forget to bring your skipping rope and your towel (incase you get sweaty).
