Thursday Night

I will be at the Oshawa Civic track again tonight for a social training session. I will be there at 7 pm. Come join me for an easy workout with laps to work on your Strength, Stability, Agility and Quickness. Pushups and Stairs will be included free of Charge!

Things to put on your Christmas Wish list:
  • Medicine Ball (sub 4lb)
  • Skipping Rope
  • Wobble Board
  • Agility Ladder
  • Gel palmed workout gloves
  • Microfibre Towel (no smelly!)
