Thursday night Workouts with Ken

I will be meeting for workouts at the Oshawa Civic Dome starting this Thursday night. I will be there from 7 pm. So if you want to come workout with a group, just come on out. This will be an informal type of workout where you can work on specifics like strength, speed, biomechanics or agility. Or you can use this as a night to come out for a nice social run in a warm place. Remember that there is a fee to use the dome.

If you are interested in a personalized program (either running or fitness) please contact me and we can put something together. I do expect to be holding another Personal Best Boot Camp starting early in the New Year, so stay tuned.

If you have a group of people (6 or more) looking to workout regularly and you want a specific program, let me know and we can find a time and place to do it.
