Tuesday Night: We will be meeting at 7 pm (or it seems whenever people get

there) this week for our Tuesday night workout session. We will be continuing with our usual warmup, trails, Skipping, biomechanics drills, Interval Repeats and our strength workouts. If you haven't been out in a couple of weeks be sure to get a workout in before it's all over for the summer session! Only two more Tuesday night sessions! Don't forget to fill out those evaluations and let me know what you thought!
With the race season beginning this week, it looks to be very hopeful for all participants who have been preparing for it. Also, please let me know if you or your group are interested in doing another program in the months to come.
