 Tuesday nightDon't miss out on tonight as we are moving into Phase 3 of our workout regimen. Tonight we will do a little more Mechanics work as well as an introduction to Pace drills. This doesn't by any means get you off the hook from your strength workouts, so be sure to come prepared to sweat like usual. +++You are going to need an idea of what your goal race pace is going to be (min/km).+++
Thursday night
This Thursday we are back to normal at the Glen Rouge Campground at 7 pm for our Trail run to Pearce house and back. Anyone for some gentle rolling hills? The Rouge reminds me of Saskatchewan when compared to the race course at Camp Fortune...
Saturday Morning
I am assuming that there will be a group meeting at the Rouge for a run on Saturday morning. I will say that a group is meeting at 8 am for a run and that they will be running for over an hour. If this sounds correct (or dead wrong) please email me or post in the comments section to this post. Remember, mean people need not apply...You know I am talking about you!
