Tuesday night: If you haven't been out for the last couple of weeks, please come out this week for our introduction to Intervals and Ladders. I promise that you will enjoy the spin that I will be putting on the workout. Last week's pacing drill was a complete success with only a few complaints. We will still be doing the normal warmup and cooldown, the trail run is still included as well, so come out early and I will put you through the (your?) paces. Don't forget to bring your skipping rope and a watch to time yourself with.

So come out this week for a trail run at 7 pm, meeting at the Glen Rouge parking lot. We usually run for about an hour at a steady pace. If you are not sure about keeping up, bring someone to run with.
Saturday Morning: It's the long weekend and that means that we are into September and the cooler weather of summer (the start of the best running weather of the year!). What that also means is that Marathon season is coming up fast. With a number of us concentrating on "Crunch-time" (meaning serious training only), there are fewer of us coming out to do the social runs on Saturday morning. So if you need a break, come out and join us for a social run in the Rouge Valley, we traditionally meet at 7:30 on Saturday morning. Please use the comments section below if you want to meet at a different time or if you need directions or comment.
