Saturday's run in the Durham Forest was a mild success. While we didn't lose anybody, we didn't follow the exact route of the 5 peaks race. I do believe that we covered the high points as well as showed all the varying degrees of terrain and the types of trail that differ greatly from wide fire road to tight, winding singletrack. Hopefully we didn't have any more cases of Poison Ivy.
I hope that everyone who got out for a run on Sunday morning enjoyed the heat. My favourite part of my Sunday morning run was going out to the Sunset Grill for a Lumberjack breakfast. What was your favourite part?
