Week 4 of training is over

So the question is: Did I come up with a program this week that made you sweat like a pig and sore like a thumb? (that saying doesn't really work but you get the idea)

We have now reached the end of week 4 of your summer of training. Now that we have become accustomed with the general routine of the workout, you can see that I have increased the amounts of a few of the exercises. It was surprizing to hear how many of you come up to me and ask if I had increased all the difficultys/intensities. Remember what I promised at the beginning, I guarantee to make you sweat and I guarantee that you will see results by the end of the training. So keep it up!

I am sure that you all have noticed that there are areas in the workout that you excel at and there are exercises that you just don't look forward to. I encourage you to keep it up and push through the ones that you find hard. If you are having real difficulties with certain moves, please ask me and we can work on it together. I will do my best to correct your form and cadence. If you are prone to back, knee or achilles injuries, some of the exercises that we do should be done with caution.

Next week we will be changing it up a little bit. While the main idea and structure will be the same, I will be increasing the amount of running and I will also be adding a short biomechanics drill for you to practice. Stay tuned and try to be on time next week, we have a whole lot planned but only a short time to do it in.
