
Well the first week of the training program is over. All in all I think the group workout went well with only a few people falling behind on my descriptions of the exercises. Next week we will try it a little differently, so that I can coordinate groups of people at a time. I will also try to demonstrate as many of the hard exercises, with emphasis on correct form and timing.
If at times you felt a little lost as to what to do next, don't worry about it. Once you get accustomed to the basic exercises, then you can start worrying about form. You can also start wondering things like: how is this going to make me a better runner? and Does Ken have a webcam set up someplace watching us for play on the internet???
Don't forget to tell me how long it took in days before you were walking normally again. Also, practice those crossover Kicks and remember to get out on that driveway and do some skipping.
Also, the workouts will be getting more difficult week by week so try not to miss any of the Tuesday nighters!
