A little change for this weekend, we will be meeting at 8:00 am at Miriam's house on Saturday morning and heading North to Greenwood Conservation Area for a morning trail run.
As usual all are welcome and remember you will be parking a Boston qualifiers house so have some respect and stay off the front lawn.
