Tuesday Night Workouts


JUNE 13th to SEPTEMBER 6th

Orientation Night (with running) June 6th

Where: PineRidge SS Track at the north end of Liverpool Rd.

When: Meeting weekly at 7pm

Who: This is a workout program for all levels of runners who are looking to improve their running efficiency, strength and stability.

Do you want to run faster and more efficiently? Do you need a Kick Start to get you ready for a Summer or Fall event? Do you like the support of working out with a group?

The program will run every Tuesday night with a balance of running, core strengthening, stability exercises, agility maneuvers and biomechanic drills (you will sweat). This is a workout for your whole body with a focus on increasing flexibility and endurance. The program will increase in difficulty as the summer goes. Variety will also be built into the program as participants become familiar with the basic exercises. This workout is open to anyone from 5k'rs to Boston Qualifiers. These workouts will also introduce you to the benefits of trail running as a strength workout.

What you get:

  • Weekly Tuesday supervised strength training workout
  • Instruction on technique and fitness conditioning
  • A variety of fun workouts
  • Others to share your hard workouts with
  • A Variety of homework to help you work on Key areas

Minimum requirements of participants:

  • Participants should be able to run 5km without stopping (regardless of time)

Cost of this program:

  • $70 for the Tuesday nights(13 weeks).

If Tuesday nights don't work for you and you have a group of five or more who are interested in this type of workout, Let me know and we could possibly look into other possibilities/nights.
