While the weather was really nice for both Saturday and Sunday's runs, it seemed that everyone came away from Sunday's run feeling a little beaten and broken down.  This is the hard part of marathon training, getting back out on the road after crappy runs like that.
With less than 6 weeks until the marathon, we are still in for a couple more crappy feeling runs like that one.
