I apologize for the lateness of this post but I've been busy all week reading the lengthy race report from the Coach and I might say it was a good one. No doubt you've guessed by now we will be meeting in the usual place Saturday morning for some hills on the trails and on Sunday we will be meeting at the Second Cup on Valleyfarm Road and heading North for a easy 30 km run. As usual all are welcome to join us anytime.
