After a fine Saturday morning stroll last weekend it looks like were back to reality this weekend with a 14km run threw the Rouge trails starting at 8 am.With the fine weather we have been experiencing this week it looks like a good time to clean that winter grime off those trail shoes with a spring river crossing near the end of the run.
